I made these I'm a hurry when I realised we didn't have enough Beyond Burgers (meat free) for the whole family, but we did have steak mince. Knocked them up in 5 minutes and cooked in under 10 minutes. I served them in buns and with chipped potatoes from the oven. Yum!
Ingredients
500g steak mince (5% fat)
1 medium onion
1-2 cloves garlic
1 chicken stock cube
1 tsp dried oregano
1 egg
Method
Roughly chop the onion and garlic and pop them into the food processor with everything apart drom the meat and egg. Whizz till finely chopped
Add the meat. Whizz again until smooth.
Crack the egg into a small bowl and mix well, then add to the meat and whizz again briefly.
Shape into 4 burgers and fry in a hot pan till cooked how you like them.
