Ingredients
For the topping
Toasted walnuts
Goats cheese
Mozzarella
Sliced cooked beetroot
Sliced pear
For the tomato sauce
Pasata
Garlic
Oregano
For the base
Strong wholemeal flour
Fast active yeast
Sugar
Salt
Water
Method
Make the dough. Then make the pasata. Put on the oven.
Slice the cooked beetroot (I used the vacuum packed type.), pear and goats cheese. Toast the walnuts in the oven for 8 minutes.
Roll out the dough for the base. Spread with the tomato sauce. Arrange the toppings, finishing with a light sprinkling of mozarella and then toaster walnuts.
Place on a hot oven tray or pizza stone and bake for 10 minutes ish.
