Toddler Burgers

I adapted an Annabel Karmel recipe for chicken burgers and came up with these delicious burgers. The proof of the success of this pudding will be if the toddler eats them.
Update: She didn't eat them. Didn't even taste them. I will have to try again another time.

This makes around 15-20.

Ingredients
250g turkey mince
3/4 apple (peeled and cored)
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 pinch cumin
2 tsp oregano
40g breadcrumbs (heel of a granary baguette)
Flour to coat

Method
Very finely chop the onion, apple and garlic.
Blitz the bread in a food processor to make breadcrumbs.
Fry the onion till soft and slightly golden. Add the garlic and apple and continue to cook for a couple of minutes.
Meanwhile, make the breadcrumbs and set aside.
Once cooked and a little cooled, blitz the onion and apple mix in the food processor. Add the breadcrumbs, oregano and cumin.
In a small bowl knead together the turkey mince and the onion mixture.
Form meatballs around 20-25g in size, coat them in flour and fry them till golden brown on the outside and cooked through.

These can easily be frozen and one or two defrosted at a time.
