Stir fried Sprouts (yes, really)

So many people "don't like" sprouts. I reckon that's because they've only ever had them (over)boiled. Stir fry them like this however, and even the most ardent spout-hater will be asking for more.
Eat it as a main dish with rice or noodles or have it as a vegetable side.

Ingredients
150g sprouts
Small handful peanuts or almonds
7-8 spring onions
3 cloves garlic
1-2 teaspoons chopped red chilli
1tbsp soya sauce
1tbsp toasted sesame oil
2tbsps peanut or almond butter.

Method
Finely slice the onion and sprouts. Roughly chop the garlic, spring onions, chilli and nuts in vegetable oil.
On a high temperature stir fry the sprouts and onions for a few minutes. Add the garlic, chilli and nuts when the vegetables start to brown.
Add a dash of water and the soya sauce and nut butter when it looks ready.
Drizzle with toasted sesame oil to serve.
