Tonight we had a cauliflower that I wanted to spruce up a bit. This was so good it's worth blogging. It took about 6 minutes to make and was delicious.
Ingredients
4 large florets of cauliflower
2 tsp butter
2 tsp cooking oil
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp smoked paprika
3 grinds salt

Method
Chop the cauliflower into small florets and microwave on full power for 4 minutes to "parboil" it.
Meanwhile mix the dried spices.
Heat the butter and oil and flash fry the cauliflower till golden, then stir in the spices and continue to fry for one minute before removing from the heat.
Serve hot or cold.
