Broccoli with hazelnuts, sesame & soya

I had nothing in the fridge but some broccoli and I needed supper today, so this happened.

Ingredients

300g broccoli florets
1tbsp soya sauce
1tbsp sesame seeds
1tbs toasted sesame oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 cloves garlic
1 handful hazelnuts, almonds or cashew nuts

Method

Chop the nuts and garlic. Juice the lemon. Blanche the brocoli in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain. Put the pan back on the heat and add sesame seeds. When they begin popping at a fast rate turn down tbe heat and add the nuts then the garlic. Now add the broccoli and dress with the lemon juice, soya sauce and sesame oil. I also added a handful of spelt grains.
