So, despite being biscuits, these little rascals are ridiculously healthy (no flour, no sugar, no fat) and easy to make. A fabulous way to use up overripe bananas. I stealthily used my hands to mash the bananas which was very satisfying.

Ingredients
4 overripe bananas
120g oatbran
100g crushed walnuts
2 tsp cinnamon
Method
Mash the bananas. Mix all the other ingredients in. Leave the mixture for 15-20 minutes so the oatbran absorbs the banana. It will thicken. Bake in little blobs on a lined baking tray at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
