Knekkebrød - Crispbread

This will last for an age in an airtight container and is a million miles better than Ryvita which is more like cardboard than food. It would be divine with the previous two recipes, or is great with cheese.


Ingredients
2 dl rolled oats
2 dl oatbran
2 dl mixed seeds (linseed, sunflower, poppy, pumpkin, hemp etc)
1 tsp salt
4-5 dl water


Method
Add the salt to the water and stir till dissolved.
Mix the oats and seeds with the water and allow to stand for around 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile heat the oven to 150 degrees and cover three baking sheets with baking paper.
Spread the mixture as thinly as possible on the paper on the sheets and bake in the oven for about 1hour 20 minutes, or until crisp and dry, making sure to open the oven slightly at regular intervals to allow the steam to escape.
