Broccoli & macaroni cheesi

What a comforting and healthy supper!

Ingredients
1 portion broccoli in florets
1-2 handfuls macaroni
Some strong yellow cheese (like cheddar)
1-2 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tin tuna in brine (optional)
about 1/4 pint milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp wholemeal flour

Method
Bring a pan of fresh water to the boil and add broccoli florets. Boil until tender and remove from the water - keeping the water in the pan. Now add the macaroni & boil till al dente. Now drain the water away and put the macaroni to one side with the broccoli.

In the empty (but still warm) saucepan melt the butter, then add the flour and slowly stir in the milk to make a bechamel sauce. Add the mustard and cheese and tuna if you're using it. Return the broccoli and macaroni to the saucepan and warm through.

Now you're done!
