Usually when I'm cooking I make things up as I go along, so when I turn out something really delicious I can never quite replicate it and risk losing it forever. My solution is to blog when there's something winning to remind myself and share with anyone who's interested. All the recipes on this blog are therefore original. They may take inspiration from other places, but none of them is the same as you'll find written down anywhere else.
